You’re application is also inland right? Pre arrival doesn’t really matter for inland paper..

I didn’t make any appointment when I did the biomatric. You can do walk in at service canada in the pen center (221 Glendale Ave, St. Catharines). But you have to be there really early like 7am. The line was crazy!
