I am applying for a 1 yr course based MEng Chemical and Biochemical Engg program at University of Western Ontario and the tuition is 25000 CAD.. then i have to show 35000 CAD to be on the safer side, is it?

I am applying for visa next month.. pls let me know if these funds are enough.. 1. Loan sanction letter covering 85%(tuition+accommodation) 2. Cash covering 15%(tuition+accommodation) 3. Bank balance showing funds of 5.5L (1000 CAD) for 1 year
