Pl help. Got Ppr request but passport is due to expire in 5 month.

This is quite simple. Follow the instructions outlined in the Passport request. If the PPR asks for a passport that's valid for more than six months, well then you know what to do.

Assuming you will be eligible under next year's FSW occupation list, go here - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp The CIC website is very informative and can guide you throughout the entire process. A lot of people got their educational credentials assessed in advance...

    How to find job

It will be USD 1,500 + your newborn. That's the cancellation fee. But since you want to postpone your departure date for dental treatment, airlines waive the cancellation/extension fee if you can present them with the dental bill attested by your dentist as long as he has attended high school.

There's no question of maybe. I am right because I did it this way. In any case the point wasn't whether you need the SIN or not after landing, it was where you acquire it.

I guess the Service Canada employee was not working at the airport when you arrived.

Wrong. You can get your SIN number right after you complete landing at YYZ and before Customs. Service Canada has a counter there right beside the Immigration counters.

Why did you go to Service Canada the next day when you could have gotten your SIN number at the airport right after you 'land' within Immigration area itself?
