Just a quick heads up: I got an email from CIC Mississauga, they confirmed that they received my file last October and gave me a ID number as well, Took about 2 months, I guess they are reviewing my file at this time?

I don't think so... I'm no expert but I don't think your brother/family can sponsor you to canada...I think the only way you can is applying as a skilled worker ...if you have any qualification.

Do not send your papers with UPS or similar company to this address. It's a PO BOX so nobody will be there to sign your paper... also state "Not for courier" UPS is a courier

Hi, I'd like to know whats the Processing time (family class) in Quebec. We are applying outland and I (sponsor) live in Quebec. After I get approved by Mississauga, I have to send some forms and an extra 250$ to immigration-Quebec right? How long does it take before we get approved by Quebec...

I see... so they don't send a return receipt or anything like that? just to tell us that they did receive our paperwork and that we will get an answer from them in 68 days?

Hi, Well I sent my application to Mississauga last month and I still didn't get anything from them. All I know is that fed ex delivered it but I didn't receive any confirmation from them. Should I be worried? I'm applying outland and currently living outside Canada Thanks!
