I've completed one course from Sep 16 to April 17 . I'm going to different college in Sep 17. Now i've four months break. My question is can i work inbetween ythese four months legally ?

yes , mail will contain grant letter . you'd get it by tomorrow morning, it's not possible that visa is approved and applicant doesn't get mail

you can't leave "given name" empty .

while filling form 1294 i guess there is specific column where you need to mention if you are coming alone or your parents are also coming with you , if you mention there " NO" , there won't be any problem i guess . you are submitting two different applications.

You need to work on your ielts score. You can apply for this program though.

I think Seneca and GBC are full as of now so only option you've is cenetenial college. DO it quickly otherwise this college will be filled soon.
