agree with this one. Applicants with Manitoba Supporters should declare that person and their address as local contact for correspondence with the MPNP so that your supporter is authorized to discuss your application

i think you just have to be patient, due to the pandemic there may be delays. but Manitoba has vaccinated at least 85% so hopefully, everything will be back to normal and speed up the process.
