I tried selecting "Application Number / Case Number" and using it with the "Application No.:" they gave us in the email. The number starts with an F, so I tried it both - with the F and without - while first using my husband's info and then mine. None of the combinations worked. :(

I agree, visitor visas are usually valid for 6 months. So that's probably what you'll get. (Unless her passport expires in less than six months. If it does, then the visa will be valid until one month prior to her passport expiry date.)

Ah, I see. Thank you. Do you also know whether I could apply for OHIP with the OWP? I think I read on this forum a while back that this particular work visa would not be accepted by Service Ontario to apply for health coverage, but I might be mistaken.
