Start-up Visa is mainly for tech businesses or tech enabled businesses. You can consider the Self Employment path.

You can do it all by yourself. Get all your documents ready and ask for help any time you need it. Make sure your English Test meet the benchmark and your POF is at least 6 months. If you're applying alone better as you won't have to worry about your spouse or kids. All the best!
