Ok so I believe the best approach is to send them a letter explaining that she is in Canada right now and ask them to request the passport again close to when the app is ready for finalization?

Has anyone who has received medicals (for parents) request on December 30th, 2013 from NVDO heard back yet. I have sent medicals, pcc and requested forms and documents but can only see "medical results received". Anyone else in the same boat. I am a november 2009 applicant.
