Yes. You can also track your application online. Once it gets dispatched from isb to vac,you can call them and ask if your passport is ready for collection.

Vac received it yesterday. I collected it today. Took 6 working days.

Call and ask them to send you sms/email.

You can track your application online. They messaged me after 2 days. Go to vfs site and check your status.

If youre lucky you can get ppr in next 3 months. But average processing time is 10-12 months these days.
