Ok, so she has to include the canadian addresses she has stayed at and American addresses?

Also, for part of the application where the principle applicant has to put her address where she stayed in the last five years, does this include when she lived six months in canada ? Or just her american addresses?

For one of the forms it doesnt requiring validating are we able to write it by hand for that one? Or will it not be accepted.

Okay. Is it okay if the papers are printed double sided? And my fiance still has her bills, medical bills in California. Is that okay? Or do they need proof of her living in Canada with me?
