    Well that would have been 80+ days so I guess I'm looking at sometime early December, which is shitty because I got a letter today saying that my BC medical will be active from Dec 1st and that I need to take ID into my local ICBC office to be issued my card. Not to mention I need to get a SIN asap.

    Same here in BC, the wait period is the remainder of the month in which you applied plus two months.

    There is no payment option at the Vancouver office. When my appt was scheduled I was told it has to be paid at least 5 days prior to the appt date.

    The fee doesn't have to be paid before you're contacted for the interview but as I was told today it does have to be paid before you attend as there is no way to pay once you are there.
