You must definitely apply again. Just try to clear all the reasons they have stated in the refusal. Apply with a better SOP

Hi. No i dont think its like that. I got two rejections but got my visa the third time. I applied three times within July-November. So you can apply again, just with a better sop. And affidavits can help too. Depends on the reason behind your refusal!
