marital status change post CPR... urgent!!!

I added my spouse using first option. No problem at all. They ll just ask for your passport and cancel the visa. Then they will assess your spouse’s docs and resend your PPR. Both of you can move together then.

Thank you! :) I suggest you go through the guidelines given on CIC website to fill each form. As certain forms are required to be filled by the both and some only by your spouse.

I added him on 12th June and sent all the documents except Japan PCC. It took us two months to obtain Japan PCC and submitted the same on 22nd August. Then on 31st August we submitted updated Schedule A form for my spouse as asked by CIC. And PPR on 18th Oct.

The letter only said that they wanted an updated Schedule A form to continue processing the application. I called CIC yesterday and got the same reply. I believe this is their standard reply. It’s been 4 months I added my spouse.

No reply from CIC about my request for change of Marital Staus. Please guide

Write them your entire situation at this email address- CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca I was in the same boat and got reply within a month as I raised a CSE. But I suggest you to use the above given email address.

They asked to re submit the Schedule A form for my spouse. Don’t know about NDVO being slow as right now the file is at CPC Ottawa. They are also delaying the process. Its been 2 months we sent the requested additional documents. Total 4 months from the time I added my spouse.
