What does "Kit, Application forms (required)" mean?
yes both of these forms plus other related docs like Birth certificate, Passport, upfront Medical, digital pic merged in one pdf- sweetsalt

What does "Kit, Application forms (required)" mean?
yes get the required documents : Passport, birth certificate, emedical and Payment fee CAD 150 /- merge them and upload and submit on the place folder provided. Once you are done, the new born will be added to the application within a week.- sweetsalt

we were asked to do the re medicals as the previous ones are expiring in 2 months time. got it done we the remedicals on 06 May, 2019. All done from our side.- sweetsalt

it might be .my wife has not been called for remeds as her x ray was delayed due to pregnancy and was completed in April, 2019. Rest all the other applicants are called for the remeds..- sweetsalt
