Yes. I saw this status. This happened to me after they charged the credit card and before they shipped it. It was in this status for a few days and later on one fine day, the status changed to Your passport was printed and shipped to you in a courier.

I applied for my Canadian passport from the US (Texas) and this is my timeline Application delivered to them - July 24 Credit card charged - Aug 01 Passport Sent to me - Aug 08 Passport delivered to me - Aug 14 They sent it using Canada Post's Express Post option.

How did you track that they sent your passport on June 27th ? Did this status show up in the application tracker? Also, did you receive the passport via USPS or any courier service?

Don't worry. Check the status in the tracker. Mine was also handled by the Mississauga office. They updated my status on June 1st.
