On LMIA it only states that they have to pay return flights. It says nothing about flights to Canada. So that's why I'm trying to find the cheapest flights. I will look at lmia for exact wording.

Re: LMIA application processing time Yes I do need to get a work permit but as I am British I'm lucky that I can get it at POE (port of entry) when I land I just have to have all the correct documents with me.
