    No it is not required to be registered with Canadian government... When I applied I was not registered with Canadian government... And yes my NOC was 3113..

    Don’t worry everything will go well.... I had only fds and few funds in my saving account.... I was scared too but in the end everything went really well.... Don’t loose the hope and stay positive... All the best....

    They do consider fds.... I have shown my almost whole amount in fds and I didn’t get any issue at all...
