Don't let it, at least your lawyer confirmed they are resuming as of March 2024. I felt down for a moment thinking I wish I had applied from 2018 before the war and the pandemic, but such is life. We will get approved soon.

Iy It is a shame our applications couldn't have been transferred to another office to process while London dealt with the 1.2 million Ukraine applications. I know others who applied to other offices after me and had already gotten theirs approved in 18 months.

It was the arrest, not conviction and even if they class it as serious, the 10 year deemed rehabilitated rule still applies.

yes, there are various companies online that you can pay around $20 USD to request your case notes. I just did it today and says it is currently taking around 20 days to process. I kind of wish I did it sooner.

I applied in May 2021 to the London office and have not received any update. you applied almost a year after me and they at least requested more information. Mine is for a DUI arrest that was reduced to reckless driving in 2012 in the US. No further arrests or issues since.

Do you have any update on this. Even though I haven't had a response from the London office on my Criminal Rehabilitation Application submitted May 2021, this month makes 10 years, so wondering how would this work for applying for another eTA as deemed rehabilitated?
