    They are skewing PNP quotas to draw EE obviously, when Province and territories have not received full PNP allocations for 2026 based on immigration level plan and they are begging for it right now, possibility IRCC may use those remaining quota for backup to excite CEC draws.

    I have been monitoring processing time only for February 2025 application,It is a total of 1100 files processed for those who submitted in February 2025, before it was 29,300 now it is 28,200. *Before 29,300 files it was 29,900.
