    Sure, first you must inform your visa office that you are about to get married and they will send you instructions of the docs to fill out. Some offices vary on which docs to complete so I don't want to recommend any especially if those docs have been updated.

    Not prior, but when I was updating my file to add my spouse as a dependent during the processing of my file, I included the information. I never explicitly told them that I was getting married. I simply added those evidence to the file for thoroughness.
