My gf got offered a job in Montreal but we have started our common law process in Ontario? What issues could arise if we move!?

I wont have my common Law application done before my work visa ends, my lawyer told me to apply for a visitor record. It also says online that I dont need a tourist visa if im staying lesd than 6 months ?

P When you say employer letter confirming address what is that ? Like a boss writing a refrrence stating she lives there?

i understand but we pay our rent woth utilities included so no bills there. Our phone bills are paperless so her didnt get an adress changed in the last 2 years I dont see why a rent / lease agreement isnt enough as commonlaw proof with addong all the relationship proof ontop to solidify...

So if the whole process takes 12 momths even if refused you will still have the open work permit till it expires? What length of permit? 1 year??
