Hi, If someone has a Canadian visitor visa (origin is from Pakistan) and want to also visit USA. Can he/she apply at the border crossing from Canada (for example Niagara Falls border crossing)? or should get it from Pakistan before coming to Canada? Which route is easier?

honestly, when I signed up to the portal I didnt see any option to select either gaining or direct PR category but only PR application and then I enter the home child care pilot program in the bottom field under "Application name" but I submitted all the forms and uploaded all the required forms...
