Yes you need to have the Travel Ins beforehand and attache it with your application for super visa If you have the option to get the medical test before then do it as it will save time because CIC will ask you to provide medical reports if its not include takes a little longer time

agreed 100% with you the irony is i know few people who landed less than a year two even applied. When asked you are not eligible they said CIC website doesnt say anything in detail now....this is not good i bet out of 10,000 there are so many applicants who wont even be able to send...
