Really, more than a year ago? It's quite hard to explain why a person with approved application should wait for so long. Do you know the reason why you haven't got the visa yet.

I also think so. I asked for the notes via CBSA instead, hope they will be released sooner than that.

I contacted them and they sent to IRCC a formal complaint, it was about 3 months ago. Then I contacted them again recently and they replied that they cannot do more in the current situation because IRCC haven't released the notes despite the complaint.

I paid for gcms notes in the beginning of August and haven't received them yet.

This is the most disappointing thing. Why I have to drive 500km to one side during pandemic and pay 1000$ for a family 3 times in a row if they don't even going to process my application in the nearest time?
