How much time it is taking to get Letter of introduction after passport stamped.

I got tracking on Dec 2nd and also received just now saying my passport under the process at IRCC

I got my passport request on Nov 25th My time line Applied on June 1st wk from USA July 30th Biometrics given August 22nd API Oct 30th BVL letter Nov 25th ppr Hope it helps
