The case officer needs to be able to look at the reference letter you provide, and match it up with the "usual responsibilities" they see on the database. Thanks for this. Based on these numbers, it looks like ~250 people with CRS scores higher than mine (435) are entering the pool everyday - meaning ~3500 people every 2 weeks. If CIC do not increase either the draw size or frequency, I am better off opting for a PNP or trying to max my IELTS...

What part of "Ray of hope" reads "Direct ITA aspirants only"? Also, the people awaiting NOIs need hope more than the people sitting on CRS scores that will eventually get an ITA.
