hi, Does this mean a Quebec applicant can land in any other POE other than Montreal or Quebec. With his CSQ & canadian visa he can complete landing formalities and reside in any province in canada even if he is a quebec FSW applicant????

hi, congrats for ur coming doll. no landing in canada without main applicant. but i know one of my friend who suppose to land in june 09, but she had H1N1 flu, and her husband did the landing without her, she sent all required medical documents of her illness, and she is landing in November...
