    I was in the same situation. I contacted CIC and they said the biometrics are tied to each application so they can't use the one done for Super Visa. I had to re-do it and it's been updated on the portal that biometrics is complete. You should do the same asap.

    Use webform, please go through the replies first, you'll get most of the info needed. Many ppl have asked the same question.

    I'll submit one at a time. As soon as the first PCC becomes available, use the webform to submit it and say you're still waiting on the 2nd PCC and will update as soon as you receive it.

    This is the standard AOR email. PCC is needed and answer all the questions.

    For those who have submitted the PCC, how did you submit them? I'm looking in GCKey but there's no option for it. I can use the webform but asking before submitting.

    Submitting for PCC via BLS has been a pain in the @$$. What a stupid process.

    The instructions are pretty clear, you need to submit PCC (and passport if expired etc)

    This is what was in the email I received: You may submit the required documents either electronically or via e-mail. Please only submit via one method as duplicate copies are not necessary and will slow down processing of incoming documents.

    Didn't the email say not to do so specifically? it's either email or web form, doing both will delay the processing.
