Don't worry, I received my SA a month ago, and my Ecas still say In progress. I think they don't keep it to date.

So 74 days since app received and still no SA... My app was filed in french so I supose that's why, but still. Anybody else in the same situation?

Well we talked with a lawyer and he said it's suposed to be over within 3-4 months max because it's "sumario"....

So you are saying I should notify them now? How? Sending them a letter with explanation? Calling? Can I send documents to the VO even if my case is still in Mississauga and I still don't have access to my Ecas? How much time do I have before it become misrepresentation? Or wait until it ends...

Oh my god I didn't know that. So even if he is not consedered guilty, there is no way he can come to Canada.....

I don't really understand why you say it's not CIC fault. It's obvious that it's not their fault they are not even aware of the situation.... I'm just asking for advice regarding what I should do. Should I notify them? Should I cancel my app? Should I just wait?

I'm so excited...I received AOR this morning and the same day aplicants in our group start receiving SA! I hope everybody got SA soon and files will be transfered at VOs as soon as possible.
