dont you think that is because you said you don't have any goods to follow ... why would they need a list of things you have brought with you right now as they know you are immigrating to a new country and would be bringing your belongings ... they need a list of things so they dont charge you...

they generally dont ask ... didnt ask me for sure ... but i assume thats because you have already had to provide evidence of funds when applying ... but, you should always have the full documentation with you so best you have a bank statement (or whatever form you are planning to take with you)...

i think you need to check with the car rental company ... all of them should accept international driving licenses (they accepted mine from the UK without any questions) but they might have a different criteria for an indian license
