Nothing. When the officer reviews your document the next time, they will decide whether you need a new one or not. In most cases, they don’t ask for a new one

Nope. Your medical exam expired. You don’t need to take any actions ATM

Well, it looks like we won’t be finalized in 2022. They just increased the processing time to 15 months.

Yup. They are gonna approve what you uploaded. Then you will receive ecopr and your card gets issued.
