I hope that we get our permits by the end of this week atleast, otherwise, the embassy will be closing on account of eid holidays in less than 4 days. Eligibility is under review and they are processing my background. Is it true that the background check should change to not applicable?

Thanks for the reply. Are you planning to email the embassy regarding the delay? The processing time is increasing every week and I doubt we have enough time to reapply if God forbid our study permit gets rejected.
