    IRCC told me. I called them last week because I was concerned I might have missed my Oath, they said your file is marked as in person, and the delay is in scheduling. They also specified that in person ceremony scheduling takes longer.

    Yeah it seems anyone in Halton and a lot of the GTA in general are going to have delays with getting a slot, if your file is marked of an in person Oath ceremony. I wouldn't mind a drive, but IRCC doesn't really give you a choice.

    Depending on where you are, it probably is virtual. For folks in the GTA, if you end up getting marked for an in-person oath, you'll probably be waiting for a while.
