i dont know, but my friend applied along with me got his rejection decision on December 16 i was applied on November 22, 2019, November 28, 2019:i have passed the medical exam. after that i have no any update

i was applied on November 23, 2019, to Canada High Commission in Kenya, the normal processing time was 3 weeks. I received an email stating that my application has been received after that i went to check but i found nothing. So i just want to know if anyone has an idea about the processing...
