Hi everyone, my passport and certificate of citizenship arrived today in the same envelope. I received a notification in my mailbox yesterday and picked up today. Guarantor was never contacted. Hoping you will get yours soon.

If you have your file number they said to write it on there . And I put it n the envelope as well. They told me my file number when I called.

They told me to fax missing info. Fax was busy two days so I sent it fedex.

They may be off for a few days. That happened to me once. I am in BC. The office is open three days a week. I hope you hear something soon.

If driver’s license is what is used for proof of ID both front and back must be signed by guarantor.
