Hello, I was in the same situation.Received portal email on Nov 26.My husband was in India .He came back on Dec 5.Below are the steps I followed 1 Replied to IRCC on Nov 26 with all details and clearly mentioned that my spouse is outside Canada and will be returning on Dec 5.I choose option B...
