She said the reason for refusal was the POF. The refusal letter stated the bank name and how much money was on the account. Although I haven't touched my POF I'm still apprehensive

I got my acknowledgement for EOR last August 8 through IDP. But I haven't received the results until now. Customer service is not helpful at all here in the Philippines. Is there anyone here who has been in the same situation?
