Oh congrats!! I did try reaching out to them on call, submitted webform and also tried reaching out to the local MP, still no response so far. Hopefully I'll get it soon too. -

For my mom's application, the document number got updated on Jan 2025 but still haven't received the PPR from IRCC. Could you please let me know when you get the PPR for your application? From what I know, it means that it will get approved, but then it's scary since it's been 4 months and no...
