I am also in similar situation like you, I was arrested in 2013 and later I received caution letter saying charges were withdrawn. later i applied pgwp, visa - i received them successfully. Now i am very tensed as i dont know how it will affect my application. When did you applied for PR ?

im having full time job in my current province and i received pnp from other province, officer thought I will continue to remain in my current province as i am having full time job and refused my application. does this refusal will have any impact on my future applications ?

my pr application refused as visa officer not satisfied that i will live in province of nomination. I received my gcms notes today, in gcms notes it is showing criminality = cancelled. does it mean, they stopped criminality verification process as my application refused or criminality failed ?
