You probably don't have to stress out about it if you have uploaded your passport with the necessary entry and exit stamps. This is an oversight and the VO will probably see this as such. Still, it wouldn't be any harm to send them the updated travel history with a letter of explanation. Wait...

You mean Feb 2007 to Aug 2008? I'm guessing this wouldn't matter if the Work exp was valid at the time of submission. If your cumulative work experience between 2009 to 2017 checks out, and add up to the years of Canadian/foreign experience for which points are claimed, you might be in the clear.
