Hi all, After reading some of the comments here, it appears that on SAs, people are getting the contact information for their overseas office-- e.g. London, etc. Is that listed under the "you may contact the office indicated below for further information..." section? I was expecting our file...

Does anyone else have e-cas showing "in progress"? They seem to have changed mine as of the date of SA.
