Hi, I received my SIN number today by mail. Based on the document date, this is my timeline: 6 April - Online application - 1633 22 April - Rejected letter sent 29 April - Received in Mail (General Letter and doesn’t told what was wrong ) 29 April - Again applied online with other address...

No official notes. But some fb forum members say there will be some service Canada will open soon with only urgent services. Must wait for official release of which service Canada location will open.

Oh sad !! I seen some members with 36000 series got sin and they are PR. Ur case there may be some red flag tats y it was not yet processed. U should get some kind of letter soon. First time I applied 6th March and rejected letter came to me by 29 th March. So wait for it to come. Mean while...

R u PR or under Work permit ?? For PR applications SIN number is diff and they processing it faster.

Yes this seems to be correct docs which you submitted. Similar docs were submitted by other fellow applicants in the forum . Hope u should be getting SIN soon.

It’s been more than 55 days as given timeline by IRCC for UAE. It’s nothing wrong in submitting a web form request about ur application status. Just submit a web form inquiry. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp#q2

Only inland sponsorship can apply PR + OWP. However things here in Canada is worst everything delays. Even getting OWP is delayed. Even if u get OWP getting SIN is again next head ache (as most of government offices are closed due to covid) after all those struggle getting job is next struggle...

Applied 29 April , from Toronto still haven’t got any update. So yes must wait for 3-4 weeks of time.
