Hi everyone, We sent our passports to CPC Ottawa from USA for PR visa & COPR. We got back the COPR in the supplied FEDEX return envelopes, but the passports were not in the returned envelope. Is this normal? Tried calling the available numbers, but no response due to possible Canada day closure.
