    Actually Winnipeg is not doing your file right now. Info sharing in progress security not started is the typical status when this office puts you on hold. Based on my experience with Winnipeg office, your file will be processed when it's transferred to another office or when you receive ADR.

    Yes, very annoying. But since most regions just had their new MPs elected, I think it is at least worthy to try to contact them for help. Waiting this long is definitely damaging my life quality. I'm even thinking getting a Portugal golden visa later this year and moving to Europe.
