How long it can take from pre arrival ro ppr ? Any idea ? 2019 applicant. I heard they not taking long for 2019 applicants.

Its been 50 days now i applied for visit visa and no answer so far. Does it mean my eligibility passed and I am stuck on background check . The processing time of Pak is 46 days. I got ghost updates but no update so far from around 20 days.
