A person has just become a canadien citizen. Can his son apply for citizenship, given that the later is not PR and is living in another country?

Just my opinion. If the forms are already available on oct 11 then I would sign them oct 11. But it s not a big deal waiting for a day or two!?

Maybe I'm wrong but between 11 october 2012 and 5 june 2014, as she was not PR yet, a day of presence counts only for a half, so 603 - 153 = 450 ----> 450/2 = a maximum of 225 days of physical presence should be included? Is it right?

If that comes to happen I would write a letter explaining the whole story and enclosing the whole bunch of proofs for both adresses A and B. But in my opinion, your story is not a big deal unless if you traveled a lot or made mistakes in the application form regarding the entry and exit dates...

1) Have you moved? Have you cheked your old mail boxes, your Ecas, etc. ? 2) Get prepared, call cic and kindly ask. 3) Order ATIP/GCMS.

Are you able to get a signed doc from the person who used to rent you your old place confirming you lived there? Also in my opinion, I would write both adresses in the application and enclose a letter explaining that living adresse differs from mailing adress during that period of time?!

Answer is no, because otherwise, americans would be denied application for canadian citizinship!
