Even I have not received my Passport yet it still shows under process and i did get refusal twice for same reason.

If you are not able to get details over the phone try going to the embassy.

You should call VFS on helpline number i guess coz even i applied on the 5th of July and got refusal on 10 aug (paper based application but my Tracking number still shows under Process
