I don't have provincial nomination. So only FSW outland BG status changed to "we are processing you back ground check" on 26th April, almost 4 months after my AOR. It still shows the same even after receiving the PPR email

The mail contains your UCI number , Application Number and rest of details. It would be very difficult for someone to get hands on this. Additionally, the domain address International.gc.ca belongs to Canada high commission New Delhi. So I would firmly believe this mail is genuine. If you want ...

The file was transferred around Feb end. I had dropped a mail to cic wherein they had confirmed that my file was transferred to LVO
