By invitation I am assuming you are saying you got the nomination from SINP. If you did not declare it in the PNP application I don’t think you can in the IRCC one. Both the applications details should match. How do you go on to rectify it is something I have no idea on.

ITA in May’23 and submitted application on 9th July’23. From then on no updates. There are a lot like me from Jun and July with no updates.

That’s a good timeline. At least you guys know you can expect a decision in the next month or so. We Jun/July AR guys are stuck since ages.

What’s the outcome of the interview? I mean why did they have to come all the way to ask all this? Did they say when you can expect nominations after the interview?

Hey, my NOC belongs to IT and I guess so does @raghkr ’s. I don’t know if that’s the sole reason. Because many with IT NOCs who submitted in Jun/Jul have indeed got nominations. It’s more to do with the fact that SINP is busy processing applications submitted in the country specific draws held...

Nope. The country specific draw from India had their interviews today. One of the apparently asked about the June and July applications and they said they will speed it up after this. I don’t know how that makes any sense.

For SINP nomination yes, but for EE applications for the federal process, you need a valid IELTS test to maintain your file. So only if you have a valid IELTS will the 600 points be added to your EE application.

Even for estimation give something that is realistic. 29 weeks and 40+ weeks is very far off. How is it fair on anyone that are waiting so long and now have to give IELTS again a sun losing points in EE because of age.

There is no need to panic.There are quite a few June applications that have still not been processed. And given that none of the July ones are picked up yet, they are probably still clearing the June backlog. It’s painfully slow. We all have been very patient till now and there is no other...

They have averaged it out with the Aug, Sep, Oct applications as well. The country specific draw candidates from countries like Poland, Germany, Philippines etc got their nomination within 3-4 months. But that does not mean they don’t put out some additional information for the Jun and July...
